Really looking forward to playing Buddy the Elf on December 1st and 3rd with The Harlequins. Lots of busy elves at this time of the year!

I really enjoyed being Buddy the Elf and am now officially ready for Christmas! Thank you Harlequins.

I am so pleased that after auditions on 20th and 27th November, I have been cast as 'Sonny' in BITA's 2017 production 'In the Heights'. Thank you BITA for another wonderful opportunity.

I WON MONOLOGUE SLAM UK YOUTH ROUND AGAIN

(I can't believe it again!)

I went to the Birmingham Repertory Theatre to defend my title I won in April, not expecting to win again at all. However, I was really pleased I did! I performed a Monologue called Going Viral by Mark Alderson. Below are the links of me performing it both at the competition and at home.

Saturday 15th October

Lovely concert as a guest soloist alongside

Alcester Male Voice Choir again.

I really enjoyed it.

It was a really enjoyable week doing this show with

Alcester Musical Theatre Company 5th - 8th October

I felt really honoured on Saturday 24th September to have been awarded the Studley Youth Shield for Birmingham Children's Hospital. My brother won it 7 years ago for his fundraising - it is lovely to see the Shield in our home again.

ALL SYSTEMS GO FOR 13 THE MUSICAL

Here are a few links to Birmingham Institute of Theatre Arts' Facebook page showing some videos of us rehearsing for 13 and 3 Vlogs which I put together.

Intense rehearsals on the run up to the show which runs from

8th - 10th September at The Palace Theatre, Redditch.

Filming for a Book Promotion - My first paid role

''The subject area of the book is deep space and the universe.  The reason for the book promotion is that there are several pages that are rigged to work with an app on a tablet/mobile device.  Once the app is loaded, you are able to use the camera mode of the device and hold it up to one of the pages in the book and the book springs to life.  For instance, you’ll be able to control a space buggy, explore the solar system etc.''

My first ventuas areally different and interesting day - I can't wait to see the finished film.

DISTINCTION* FOR BTEC DANCE!!

I WAS REALLY PLEASED TO HAVE RECEIVED MY RESULTS FOR MY BTEC DANCE EXAM WHICH I TOOK IN MY YEAR 9 - 2 YEARS EARLY.......I GOT DISTINCTION* WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AVAILABLE. THANK YOU TO ADELE HAMILTON MY DANCE TEACHER FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT.

I'm Buddy in Elf in December!

I successfully auditioned for local group Harlequins for their Winter Production

this year - Elf!

I have the principal part of Buddy!

Something to look forward to for Christmas. Thank you Harlequins for giving me a fantastic and what looks like fun opportunity.

I am afraid the tickets for all performances sold out in one day so can't really ask if you'll come and support me!

Thank you to those who told me very quickly that they'd like to come and see it.

When I won the MonologueSlam UK in Birmingham in April, I was in contact with the lady who wrote the monologue I performed (Ipad Fury) both before and after the competition. She is Tara Meddaugh and is based in New York and has written many fantastic monologues and plays. She asked if she could interview me about my experience. If you click on the button above you will be able to read the interview and find out more about Tara.

BITA were guests at this concert by GIG CARITAS and it was live on Black Country Radio. We all had to dress smartly! and we shared the stage with West End Star Kieran Brown (Phantom of the Opera) who is one of our patrons.

Out of the blue came a phone call to ask if I could attend a meeting with casting directors from the BBC ! I travelled down to Elstree Studios in London. I did some script work and singing and was videoed. Apparently one of the casting directors had seen me in Monologue Slam in April. Even if it doesn't lead to anything it was a great day and good experience.

BITA Promotional Day in Redditch 25th June 2016

A fun but very tiring day. Singing, giving leaflets out, collecting for Birmingham Children's Hospital.

I think we let Redditch know that we will be taking over the Palace Theatre in September! Click on the buttons to read the articles.

BTEC DANCE FINISHED!

I have finished my BTEC Dance course now. We were in school for 2 days over half term to prepare for our final performance and assessment. We worked really hard and were very pleased with our final performance.

The concert at the Town Hall was amazing! I sang to over 800 people. I will admit
I was a bit scared but I know I am very lucky to say that I have performed in such a fantastic venue.
I even had my own dressing room. Thank you to Judith Land and the Alcester Male Voice Choir
for inviting me to be Guest Soloist. I loved every minute. I have been invited to sing with them
again at Blenheim Palace in JUNE

I WON MONOLOGUE SLAM UK YOUTH ROUND

(I can't believe it!)

Thank you to Tara Meddaugh who wrote the very funny monologue I used which

was called iPad Fury!

I auditioned for Monologue Slam UK on Friday 18th March at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre - it was my very first go at a monologue. I was successful and have been asked to perform in the Monologue Slam Show at the Rep on Thursday 7th April. Very excited, and a little nervous as this is new ground for me as I have been cast mainly in Musical Theatre roles - but I love acting and this will be great experience.

I've been awarded a place at Birmingham Ormiston Academy! Roll on September!

I am really pleased to announce that I will be playing 'The Artful Dodger' AGAIN!!!

in Bromsgrove Operatic Society's production of Oliver! at

The Artrix Theatre Bromsgrove (June 14-18 2016)

I am really pleased as I learned that I have gained my Silver Arts Award! Thank you to Mrs. Hamilton at school for your help and encouragement!
